March, 2025
Research shows that every year 1 in 4 people experience stress, anxiety, depression or another type of mental distress. That means over 59,000 people in Flintshire and Wrexham are likely to be affected this year alone. If you (or one of your family or friends) are among them, you’ve come to the right place.
I started to attend Mind Drop In because I felt isolated and alone and wanted to find some friends in my local community.
I’ve attended each week, and it’s made me feel much more confident in myself, hopeful for the future and it gives me a structure for my week. It helps me see the light at the end of the tunnel.
