No matter what the state of our mental health, there are simple steps we can all take to help improve our wellbeing. The new economics foundation have identified five easy ways we can build better well-being into our lives. We’ve added a couple more. And evidence shows that even a small improvement in our wellbeing can help reduce mental distress and help us to flourish.
